Sometimes, a plate seems almost forlorn, difficult to appreciate, or just doesn't catch one's eye.
Then, when given it's full due and shown off as the table setting it was originally meant to be, it becomes breathtaking, grabbing all the attention in the room and making even the most cynical naysayer suddenly want to own it for themselves.
Hawthorne, a seeminly simple pattern when you see just one plate, takes on amazingly dramatic and elegant tones when given space and having all it's serving peices to show off the beauty of the pattern.
